Adorable English Tea Pot late 1800's? in Chico, California For Sale

I am letting go of some Silver pieces that I inherited from my Mom. They have been boxed up for 10 years and I am ready to let go. They have been loved in the past and looking for a good home.
I am asking $20.00 for each piece or all three for $50.00. ... I sold the Vase & Butter Dish.
I have left is the Small Silver English Tea Pot ? 3 ¼ inches high, 4 ¾ in diameter and 8 inches from handle to tip of spout. Mark on the bottom Made in England, EPNS , with number 214?
All the pieces do show their age with some dings and spots, could use a good cleaning! I am not an expert but I do try to describe the best of my ability. But since the pieces are vintage ?used? items I am selling ?as is?.
