19th Century Sack-back Windsor Armchair; Hickory? in Chico, California For Sale

This chair belonged to my Grandmother, so it has been well loved & used but time to find a new home. It is a classic piece with the seat in the traditional saddle shape for comfort; measures 16 inches across and 15inches deep. The chair measures 17 ½ inches from floor to seat, with total height to top of chair 39 inches
It does show its age with cracks in the seat and finish worn off on arm rests. A good cleaning would bring it back to its natural beauty.
I am no expert on conditions and try to describe to the best of my ability. So since a picture is worth a thousand words so I am posting photos.
