Roxie is 9 months old. She is an American Bulldog / Bullmastiff mix. I can provide pictures of parents upon request. She is about 50 lbs right now and will grow to about 80-100 lbs. She is smart, friendly and playful. She has been spayed and up to date on parvo, rabies and bordetella shots. Price is up for negotiation, but I am going to require that you have at least a small yard and a good amount of your time to spend with her. She is a very hyper active dog and loves to play, and deserves nothing less than a happy and spacious home. She loves everyone and everything. I have honestly never had a dog with more personality than her. Everyone who meets Roxie quickly falls in love her.
I am asking a $1,200 to reimburse myself for expenses in addition to that fact that she is almost fully trained. Plus, I will give you her crate and remaining flea and worming prevention.
She truly is the best dog I have ever had. I am sad to be giving her up. However, I took I job that requires me to live on site in an apartment. I work long hours and I feel that it is selfish of me to keep her cooped up in an apartment and only spending a couple hours with her a day.
I have been crate training her. She is just about housebroken, but of course do keep an eye on her, she is still a puppy.
She walks right by your side on a leash and will follow closely along if you go on hike or something with her off leash. She knows the command heel. I recommend that if there is to be a distraction such as other people or another dog, you'll need to tell her to come and make her sit or put her back on leash until she's used to you because she will want to play.
She knows the commands: sit, stay, come, wait, down, okay, place, no, (eh, eh also works if "no" isn't - the word "no" can get worn out with a puppy lol.) I have also been teaching her commands: go to your place, let's go, leave it, drop it, back up and move please (yes I am polite to my dog...) She is incredibly smart and learns fast. She listens to me a 100% because she knows I am alpha. When it comes to others, I would say that she's at about 95% of the way there on one word commands and 90% on multiple word commands. She should reach a full %100 with your reinforcement.
